Thermoplastic  Polyurethane  (TPU)  Compounds

T & T Marketing offers an extension range of Huntsman IROGRAN® Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU) for extrusion applications. TPU is used in W&C applications when high flexibility/elasticity, excellent abrasion resistance, very good cut resistance, high bending stability, and halogen-free characteristics are needed.

Typical applications include cable jacketing for oil and gas exploration, mining cables, automotive brake systems, military, robotics and industrial cables and coiled cables.

A80P 4699L80A1.10 A soft, high performance polyether based TPU. Characteristics include good melt flow, matte surface, high flexibility and good processability.
A85P 435087A1.15 A transparent, flame-retardant, halogen-free, thermoplastic polyether-polyurethane intended for extrusion and injection moulding applications. Characteristics include microbial resistance, high low-temperature flexibility,especially suitable for cable jackets.
A85P 439485A1.12 A standard, glossy polyether based TPU. Characteristics include high tensile strength, excellent wear performance, excellent hydrolysis and microbial resistance and good low temperature flexibility.
A85P 4394 UV85A1.11 A high performance polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane. Offers a specially designed, flexible material with a broad processing window particularly suitable for the preparation of tubing, cable jacketing and technical mouldings.
A85P 444187A1.12 A polyether-based TPU. Characteristics include high microbial resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, high stability of melt, high production rates and matte surface.
A85P 485483A1.14 A flame-retardant, halogen-free polyether based TPU. Characteristics include high tensile strength, excellent wear performance, excellent hydrolysis and microbial resistance, good low temperature flexibility, matte surface, UL 94 Classification V0. Ideal for applications requiring a moderate level of flame retardancy and good processing.

A95P 500394A1.25 A flame-retardant, halogen-free TPU. Characteristics include outstanding flame retardant properties, excellent wear performance, excellent microbial resistance, UL 94 Classification V0 and 34% LOI (ASTM D-2863). Recommended for applications requiring VW-1 flame rating.
A95P 504495A1.14 A high performance polyether based TPU designed for extrusion applications. Characteristics include excellent transparency, good low temperature flexibility, and high abrasion resistance and toughness.
